A BILL supplementing, amending, reducing and increasing items of the existing appropriations from the state fund, general revenue, to the department of tax and revenue-tax division, fund 0470, fiscal year 2003, organization 0702, and the department of transportation-aeronautics commission, fund 0582, fiscal year 2003, organization 0807, supplementing and amending the appropriation for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand three.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the items of the total appropriation from the state fund, general revenue, to the department of tax and revenue-tax division, fund 0470, fiscal year 2003, organization 0702, be amended and reduced in the existing line item as follows:
